JOB TITLE : Provider/ APP Nurse
JOB SUMMARY : Collaborates with and provides professional nursing support to NHO Providers in the care of patients with oncology or hematological conditions following established standards and practices.
REPORTS TO: Director of Provider Services
SCOPE: Specialized oncology nurse who attains proper judgement and competence to provide patient centered care under the direct supervision of the physician. Assist Physician/Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the development of personalized patient care plans to promote the safe delivery of chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.
Works within the scope of licensure as a registered or license practical nurse. Applies identified evidence-based nursing practices consistent with national standards and supports quality outcomes. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the physical, psychosocial,...
