Role Summary:
- Lead and guide project meetings with core leadership to gather comprehensive business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
- Design and implement workflow and technical solutions for hospital and clinic systems, including EMRs and integrated third-party applications.
- Advise and assist customers on operation and administration of collection system applications and coordinate with the facility host support team.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance work methodologies, tools, and process efficiency.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas, requirements, and process flows.
