Job Description
**Description:** You will be the Program Manager within the PrSM Block Upgrades team. In this role you will join a growing program responsible for design, prototype, test and rapid fielding of solutions within highly accelerated timelines for all services.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Block Upgrades Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end to end execution of programs (from authorization to closeout). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Developing a program baseline that starts green and stays green
• Lead a team through the Design, prototype, test, and rapid fielding of a new guidance set developed in-house
• Serve as the primary program manager contact internally and with the customer for your programs
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance in partnership with IPT leads and functional support
• Managing risks and opportunities, including risks and opportunities that impact other PrSM Programs
