A. Team Management:
+ Managing Team of 3-6 DevOps and Subject Matter Specialists
+ Conducting Performance Review for the Team Members and Define Annual Performance Rating
+ Conducting Periodical One on One Meetings with Team Members to Provide Ongoing Feedback
+ Hire New Personal if Required.
+ Assigning Task to Other Team Members.
+ Coaching and Mentoring Team Members, conducting periodical Team Meetings.
+ Providing Technical Assistance and Training for the Team Members.
