InGenesis is currently seeking a Psychiatric Technician to work with our client. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or severe psychiatric conditions in residential and community settings. This role involves direct care, coaching, and implementation of nursing and behavioral support plans. Key Responsibilities: Provide Direct Care: Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals), household tasks, and promote independence. Support Engagement: Escort individuals to appointments and community activities; help with recreational, vocational, and educational programs. Monitor & Report: Observe behavior and health changes, document incidents, and follow intervention plans.
