Job Description
The consultant will be directed by the Executive Director and/ or the Counseling Program Manager, with clinical supervision provided by the Clinical Supervisor.
The main responsibility of the Consultant is to provide expert therapy / counseling services to assigned ITCS Clients, adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards of the profession and in alignment with all internal and external policy requirements.
SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS
- Provision of expert counseling services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Evaluate clients' emotional/mental condition, design and implement treatment plans
- Modify treatment activities and approaches, and refer to other counselors as appropriate
- Meet with families and other interested parties to assist them in understanding, dealing with, and supporting clients and/or to exchange necessary information during the treatment process
