Psychiatrist - Geriatric-Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and Mission
Overview: The Psychiatry department is looking for a Geriatric Psychiatrist to become part of their diverse team of Psychiatrists. As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, the position is based in Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and Mission. This entails working in the Rapid Access Clinic, Psychiatric Urgent Response Clinic, participating in ER on-call duties, and being on the ECT on-call rotation. This multi-site role also has a component of General Adult Psychiatry (1 day per week Abbotsford and 0.5 days per week Mission).
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients with acquired brain injuries and older adults served by the Fraser Health Geriatric Mental Health team within an interdisciplinary framework.
