If you’re a Psychology graduate who’s curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands-on experience supporting young people, this one’s for you.
We’re on the lookout for kind, thoughtful graduates who are ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Swindon. You don’t need bags of experience, just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement.
We find that people from Psychology backgrounds fit really well into SEN support based roles. Your understanding of behaviours and child development is a massive plus.
