Summary The Program Manager serves as the manager for all administrative aspects to the REC ICC and is responsible for administrative oversight of budget, Human Resource management, inpatient/outpatient clinical operations, and other general administrative duties as assigned. The Program Manager is responsible for the design, development, implementation, modification, evaluation, and ongoing operation of the REC ICC administrative programs.
