Key Responsibilities
- Delivering individual psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or Mindfulness-Based Approaches .
- Completing clear, timely, and organized clinical documentation—including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Upholding ethical and professional standards as outlined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) .
