About Reflect:

Reflect is a community-rooted outpatient therapy practice based in Seattle, committed to making quality mental health care accessible to the people who need it most. We serve individual adults, couples, and teens navigating a range of life challenges, primarily low to moderate acuity clients who are well supported by traditional weekly outpatient psychotherapy. We accept most major insurance plans and select Medicaid/Apple Health plans, and offer income-based sliding scale fees, because we believe cost should never be the deciding factor in whether someone gets care.

We're also a training-centered practice. Supporting the growth of new and developing clinicians isn't a side note to our mission, it's core to it. We invest in our therapists through weekly clinical supervision, bi-month...
