The PM model emphasizes collaborative care rather than isolated consultation, ensuring continuity through shared communication and integrated follow-up. Our system provides flexible scheduling, province-wide participation, and real-time support, allowing residents to focus on high-quality, educationally enriching psychiatric consultations conducted virtually.
As a Moonlighting Resident, you will work in a supportive, collegial environment with direct mentorship from Dr. Allan Steingart and a network of experienced psychiatrists and psychotherapists.
