Job Summary:
Supports the Radio Reading Services by supervising on-air and production operations ensuring uninterrupted and high-quality broadcast services. Produces and schedules audio content for broadcast and online platforms, ensuring professional sound quality and accurate placement in playlists and podcast platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Supervises broadcast and production operations for the Radio Reading Services on weekends, holidays, weekdays as needed and other times as needed to cover absences of the Broadcast Supervisor to ensure effective broadcast service provision.
+ Produces, engineers and edits programs for airplay and online ensuring professional sound quality. Programs may include PSAs, Promos, reading of print material and reading of agency documents. Must be able to accurately place audio content in broadcast playlists and podcast hosting site.
