Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, drive standardization, and lead automation initiatives to reduce inefficiencies.
Operational Oversight: Manage vendor relations, invoice processing, and three-way matching (Purchase Order, Receipt, and Invoice).
System Implementation: Support or lead the deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP Ariba, Ivalua, or SAP S/4HANA.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure that financial transactions, statement of work (SOW) guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs) are strictly met.
Training & Mentorship: Provide process expertise to junior staff, team leaders, and operations managers.
