We are recruiting for a Part‑Time Ambulance Care Assistant (PTS) at Selby Ambulance Station. The role involves caring for and safely transporting non‑emergency patients to and from appointments while working 15 hours per week (two days – Wednesday & Thursday) on a 9‑week rolling rota.

Hours: Part time – 15 hours per week (9.5 hours per day) on a 9‑week rolling rota
Salary: £25,760 – £27,476 per annum, pro‑rata
Main duties
- Provide care and ensure safe transport of non‑emergency PTS patients.
- Ensure timely transportation to and from appointments, hospitals, treatment centres and other places of care.
- Maintain patient safety and reduce harm by assessing risks and adopting safe working practices.
