Summary About the Position: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is transitioning to the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). This position is not covered by a bargaining unit. Federal employees in Sobe, Japan are currently entitled to receive a 0% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Federal employees in Sembach, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Responsibilities Oversee the content and management of schools’ public website. Develop new content in support of agency campaigns and projects, and school communications needs.
