Public Cloud Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily management, configuration optimization, and troubleshooting of public cloud products across various domains, including computing, storage, databases, AI/machine learning, big data, and cybersecurity. Support product deployment and debugging based on business requirements to ensure stable and efficient cloud service operations.
- Serve as a technical liaison, communicating customer requirements, explaining technical solutions, and handling issue resolution. Prepare technical documentation, meeting minutes, and product materials to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and overseas clients.
