Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in policy analysis and campaigns, working on technology issues or the policy environments. 7 years of experience working within government, think tanks, public interest groups, technology industry groups, or corporate public policy organizations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Sub‑Saharan Africa (SSA) region, including industry trends and multi‑jurisdictional policy making processes. Experience as a trusted policy partner to technology business teams across Go‑to‑Market (GTM), product, legal, and risk. Knowledge of Cloud (Iaa S/Paa S/Saa S) and technical infrastructure (data centers, subsea cables) regulatory issues.
