Public Policy and Government Relations, Google Cloud, Sub-Saharan Africa Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in policy analysis and campaigns, working on technology issues or the policy environments. 7 years of experience working within government, think tanks, public interest groups, technology industry groups, or corporate public policy organizations. Preferred qualifications: Experience in the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region, including industry trends and multi-jurisdictional policy making processes. Experience as a trusted policy partner to technology business teams across Go-to-Market (GTM), product, legal, and risk. Knowledge of Cloud (Iaa S/Paa S/Saa S) and technical infrastructure (data centers, subsea cables) regulatory issues.
