Public Relation Officer (PRO) - 02 Vacancies
The PRO supports the company’s Government Relations activities by handling routine documentation, assisting with visa processes, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. This role works closely with the HR team and external government departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of employee‑related services.
- Renewal & Cancellation to monitor for all the employees.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration (GDRFA/ICP) , and other authorities for day‑to‑day submissions.
- Support in preparing and organizing all legal / visa paperwork required by governmental bodies.
- Submit and retrieve documents such as Emirates IDs, medical test forms, labour contracts, entry permits , and related approvals.
