Consulting & Strategy Development and Client Relations
- Provide overall strategic direction and quality standards and is dedicated to the achievement of outstanding results with a long‑term perspective;
- Oversee a portfolio of clients and demonstrates the ability to profitably grow clients and build long lasting client relationships;
- Manage client expectations and quickly grasps problems, makes tough decisions and implements swift action plans to ensure client satisfaction;
- Maintain an in‑depth understanding of the client’s business and challenges and proactively communicates with the client on market or industry issues and events which may affect them;
- Understands the Singapore local media landscape and has experience with regional account work;
