Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle immigration and MOL processes including visas labour cards (new renewal cancellation) company renewals insurance and fee submissions.
- Manage applications for Emirates ID medicals visa stamping and status changes.
- Liaise with the AMER Centre TASHEEL DED MOHRE and other relevant government bodies to obtain all required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the companys indoor/outdoor administrative tasks.
- Support urgent or special assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws immigration and government portals.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
