Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner - Phoenix, AZ

Job Shift: Days (Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care for adults 55+ with respiratory and pulmonary conditions
- Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create treatment plans
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and chronic disease management
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support clinical protocols
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing; board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- Arizona NP license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Experience in pulmonology medicine required
