Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend to customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles.
- Assist customers with oil, water, tyre pressure, and windscreen checks.
- Handle cash and card payments where required.
- Promote fuel station products, specials, and services where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness of pumps, forecourt, and work areas.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report fuel leaks, equipment faults, hazards, or incidents immediately.
- Assist with stock control and receiving deliveries when required.
- Ensure customers receive quick, efficient, and professional service.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment where applicable.
