An exciting opportunity has arisen for a subcontractor Purchase Ledger Accountant to work within a well-established construction company.


Candidate Duties:

  • CIS treatments of subcontractor invoices and order.

  • Ensuring that subcontractor payments are made in a timely manner.

  • Ensuring that the company complies with CIS legislation

  • Overseeing a Finance Apprentice

  • Administer and pay subcontractor invoices and certified applications

  • Completing and submitting CIS monthly returns

  • Maintaining subcontractor files and information

  • Verify subcontractors using the HMRC system

  • Respond to queries from subcontractors
