JOB DETAILS
Send enquiries to vendors, receive quotes, make comparisons, negotiate commercial terms, prepare PO and receive material as per PO.
Should have experience in procuring items like Process Instruments/Switchgear/Panel Components/PLCs/VFDs etc
Follow up with Vendors for Deliveries.
Prepare Documentation for Customs Imports and Exports, eWay Bill etc.
Coordinate with Freight Forwarders for the Quotes, Review Freight Rates and other Transportation costs and place order on Freight Forwarders.
Handling Logistics, Preparing Documents for Import and Export Shipments to and from India and Overseas.
Handling Transportation activities, including receiving goods in office/factory, labeling, storage of goods and making them ready for dispatch.
