Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Work as part of a team to ensure the Production Facilities have the Right Product, in the Right Quantity, at the Right Time.
- Create purchase orders using best practices to support the weekly and daily production plans
- Communicate internally and externally with stakeholders, and ensure inventory availability for JIT production
- Act as first point of contact for suppliers and internal warehouse and provide resolution for inventory and delivery issues
- Support product lifecycle of promotional and stocked goods, ingredients and packaging materials from launch to ramp down ensuring availability and minimizing financial liability to the organization
- Identify and elevate risk (inventory availability, supplier capacity etc.) to team leader and support with analysis, recommendation and execution of solution
