Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Identifies potential suppliers to secure cost-effective materials for construction projects Establishes and maintains good relationships with suppliers to negotiate for the best terms Monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost Verify documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and other related paperwork Involve in daily operations of procurement department Liaise and coordinate with project team on materials requirement and planning Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least 'O' Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday) and willing to work at project site Familiar with Construction and Building industry Possess good attitude with good sense of responsibility and team player Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
