Famous Supply is growing and has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Purchasing Team!
The Buyer purchases products from suppliers and ensures inventory levels are maintained at all our locations.
You will negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality products, delivered on-time, at the lowest total cost.
To thrive in this role, you need to have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage your time.
You will work directly with your peers on our Purchasing Team, branch managers, sales team, and our supplier partners.
This position is based at our corporate office in Akron, OH, with a flexible hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week.
