Job Description
- Manage daily purchasing activities including PO processing and supplier coordination
- Follow up on shipment schedules, delivery status and stock arrivals
- Update inventory and shipment records accurately in SAP system
- Coordinate with Warehouse team on stock control and inventory discrepancies
- Conduct stock checks and inventory adjustments when required
- Prepare inventory and shipment reports for management review
- Assist in stock take activities and support overall inventory operations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience
- Experience in FMCG is an advantage
- Experience with SAP and Incoterms will be an advantage
- Location: Marymount
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 5pm)
