- Approved vendor list of Suppliers and Vendors
- Negotiating good pricing and rebates with suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating good payment terms from suppliers and vendors
- Broaden the supplier’s network in local and global market.
- To source for products and services in a timely and effective manner.
- Expedite orders and monitoring of delivery to meet our commitment to the clients.
- Ensure genuine quality and reliability of every purchase that you have committed.
- Bargain and obtain the lowest prices to enable good cost savings for the company.
- Always maintain the highest time efficiency and complete every purchase on timely basis.
- Maintain good rapport with suppliers and vendors to ensure that they provide us the best in time delivery and serviceability.
- Any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management as and when necessary
