Purchasing Executive (Nusa Bestari, Skudai)
Responsibilities
- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Responsible for preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks if needed.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文 (as needed to deal with supplier from China).
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
