PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
Selangor - Kota Damansara
RESPONSIBILITY:
To process purchase orders to supplier. To handle custom clearance, import permit for ICT products. To monitor incoming shipment. To update purchasing documents, files and records. To submit short shipment claims or damage stock claims, follow procedures for goods return. To perform timely and systematic filing of documents. Other duties assigned by your superior. REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. Must be computer literate. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, customer-oriented and able to work as a team. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
