Job Description
A Purchasing Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for company operations while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project and operational requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status until delivery.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning.
