Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vehicle dealerships to confirm order acceptance and ensure all technical specifications are captured.
- Manage weekly delivery confirmation reports, update date changes in the Miles system, and notify customers and sales teams of any delays.
- Facilitate third‑party vehicle fit‑outs and interstate transport, handling all required paperwork, registration forms, and invoices.
- Resolve delivery issues, such as early registrations or address changes, to ensure a seamless handover to the customer.
- Process high volumes of automated task reports and internal incidents daily to maintain workflow efficiency.
