Job Description
- Managing the procurement of various non-trade items such as:
- Local and imported machines
- Local and imported spare parts
- Electrical, mechanical, and construction materials
- Medical supplies for the clinic
- Laboratory supplies for the Quality Department
- Contacting suppliers via phone and email to obtain price quotations.
- Encoding quoted prices onto Requisition Slips for approval by the AVP and/or EVP for Operations.
- Encoding approved prices onto the Canvass Sheet.
- Preparing Purchase Orders for AVP or EVP for Operations approval.
- Sending approved purchase orders to suppliers.
- Following up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
Qualifications
- A graduate of any engineering, business-related, or relevant courses.
