Job Description
-Coordination with Ware House for stocks ordering
-Prepares Purchase Orders for Suppliers
- Sending of Purchase Orders
- Follow up on orders to ensure that the products are delivered in committed date from suppliers
- Maintain of records and follow up files of purchases, sales invoices and delivery receipts per supplier
- Coordination with Commissary and Driver’s Leader regarding schedule of pick-up of orders for outside cash purchases and shopping
- Call coordination to all suppliers regarding sending of orders
- Update Purchase Order Monitoring Sheet daily
- Monitor supplier’s undelivered or unserved purchase orders
- Coordination with commissary for lacking delivery of orders from suppliers
- Preparing of Cash Liquidations and transmitting to Accounting Department
- Coordination with Accounting Department regarding payment request, follow payments from suppliers prior to its due date
