What success looks like in this role:
Strategic Pursuit Leadership
Lead end-to-end pursuit management for strategic IT services opportunities across multiple service lines and geographies.
Partner with sales leaders to shape opportunities early in the pursuit lifecycle including win strategy development, and client engagement planning.
Define and drive pursuit strategy, value messaging, and proposal positioning aligned with client business priorities.
Provide advisory support to sales teams on competitive differentiation, pricing strategy, and proposal structure.
Deal Orchestration & Proposal Leadership
Own and manage the full pursuit lifecycle including RFI/RFP response strategy, solution development, pricing alignment, proposal creation, and final submission.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including solution architects, SMEs, finance, legal, delivery, ...
