Gensler’s Singapore office is seeking a highly driven and strategic Pursuits & Proposals Marketing Specialist to play a central role in delivering high-impact business development outcomes. This position focuses on managing pursuits and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, guiding opportunities from initial intake through to the development of compelling proposals and client presentations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in architecture, design, engineering (AEC), or other highly proposal-driven professional services environments, with a strong understanding of the pace, complexity, and collaboration required to win work. Reporting to the Singapore Marketing Manager, you will be an active contributor and integral member of the Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME) regional marketing team, while partnering closely with the Singapore office leadership team to support local business development and marketing priorities in Southeast Asia.
