Conduct software testing while acting as a communication bridge in Japanese and English. The role involves participating in meetings, preparing bilingual documentation, creating and reviewing test cases, and guiding team members to ensure testing quality and project success.

Conduct software testing while acting as a communication bridge in Japanese and English. The role involves participating in meetings, preparing bilingual documentation, creating and reviewing test cases, and guiding team members to ensure testing quality and project success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in meetings and prepare summaries in Japanese and English
- Create, review, and update test plans and test cases for all testing phases
- Execute tests, compile and analyze results, and report testing outcomes
- Review requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with specifications
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Work directly with Japanese customers and stakeholders
- Onsite work is required

- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related fields
