Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, including product development, PP meetings, pilot runs, inline inspections, washing, finishing, and final audits. Ensure products consistently meet customer requirements, approved standards, specifications, fit, measurements, appearance, workmanship, and overall quality expectations.
- · Act as the key quality representative for customer visits, quality reviews, audits, and third-party inspections. Coordinate factory preparation, communicate customer quality expectations, follow up on audit findings, customer feedback, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of all quality-related issues.
