QA Assistant (Food Safety)

Overview

We are looking for a passionate QA Assistant to be part of the department expansion. You will be responsible for all hygiene and food safety standards of assigned locations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily on-site inspection, personal hygiene checks, product checks and sample retention.
  • Follow and assist in lab test sampling schedule.
  • Assist in updating ISO 22000:2018 manual and implementing it to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with MUIS Halal Standards, and handle application and renewal of Halal Certification.
  • Check records, documents, and files.
  • Attend external and internal audits; assist for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit).
  • Attend pest control programmes, follow-up and rectification.
