    •30%: Conduct regular compliance audits on QC/QA programs to ensure proper implementation of quality systems; issue non-conformance reports, follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plans), and provide training/consulting to factories.
    • 30%: Lead and execute QIP (Quality Improvement Program) audits for existing factories; support the implementation of QIP programs in new factories.
    • 20%: Monitor and track quality issues (complaints, defective returns, notifications); verify corrective actions and coordinate improvements with Production and Factory QA/QIP teams.
    • 10%: Collect and analyze quality data to support quality assurance activities.
