Job Description
iSupport Worldwide is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to support quality assurance and automation for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. This role focuses on validating enterprise workflows, building automation frameworks, and ensuring that product development, sourcing, and supply chain processes are reliable and production-ready. You will collaborate with QA, engineering, business, and vendor teams to test complex end-to-end workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for PLM workflows and enterprise applications
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across product lifecycle processes
- Validate workflows such as product setup, item management, sourcing, supplier collaboration, purchase orders, and approvals
- Test APIs, integrations, and data flows across connected enterprise systems
