Job Description
Review product quality and engage with production to ensure process ability and quality standard meets customers’ requirement.
Control manufacturing process and monitor quality performance both internal & external (customer) and reviewquality data with related persons regularly.
To solve internal and external quality issue, implement containment action, investigate the root cause, follow up corrective actions and response to related person/department,and Product Hold process follow up.
Coordinate quality improvement activities for process stability and product quality.
To implementprocess audit and hold quality meeting.
Set up a process management plan for each product and ensure it is understood and consistently followed by relevant teams.
Guide operators and inspectors in understanding and applying quality standards and workmanship standards.
To perform data collecting and analysis, and drive improvement with data.
