Our positions in Monterrey are hybrid roles: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Office designed for collaboration with Scrum teams, includes city view, coffee, and occasional happy hour.
Position SummaryQA Engineer focused on manual testing practices. Part of cross-functional team delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. Responsibilities: test planning, execution, defect validation, exploratory testing, test strategy support for automation coverage. Ownership of stability and reliability of each release.
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to support feature and regression testing.
