Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative Lead Calibrator (Portuguese and English Advanced) to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Portuguese), have experience in quality assurance within BPO/KPO environments, and be skilled at leading calibration sessions that drive alignment, consistency, and performance excellence.
