Report to: International QA Director 

Objectives: 

  • Quality Enhancement work, vendor/factory to meet O5 quality standard and brand(s) requirements 
  • Work closely with Regional QA/QC, be an accountable and responsible member of O5 quality team 
  • Frequent Travel

    • Responsibilities: 

  • Review all O5 orders, WIP, encyclopedia to arrange travel plan 
  • Review factory's capabilities and report to O5 New Year Team and Quality Director 
  • Communicate with vendor/factory to enhance their production process to for better quality level 
  • Analyze inspection data to work with related vendor/factory for improvement plans
  • Involved in Troubling Shooting, follow up on quality issues called out with regional QA/QC team to ensure improvement work with right execution
