Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction through the effective management of the Quality Management System.
- Oversees QA, SQE, and quality systems teams, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives, establishes and monitors KPIs aligned with business objectives, and ensures robust manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Leads customer communication, addresses complaints, and supports audits (internal, external, and customer).
- Collaborates cross-functionally with production, engineering, and suppliers to improve product and process quality.
- Manages supplier quality performance and promotes preventive and corrective actions.
- Provides leadership, fosters a culture of quality, and ensures alignment with safety, environmental, and operational goals.
