Responsibilities
- Lead testing of ServiceNow modules using Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create, validate test scripts to ensure outcomes match user requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
- Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and testing documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success.
- Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
